What we collect

Everen collects the information you choose to save in completed activities, structured quiz and challenge responses, streak and level progress, reminder settings, and basic account details such as your email address. We collect only what we need to keep your daily loop working.

How we store and protect your data

Account data is stored with Supabase. Access to account records is protected by row-level access controls so that users can access only their own records. Our service providers may process data as needed to operate the service.

Even with these safeguards, no online service is perfectly secure. We work to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How we use your information

We use your data to power your loop: showing your streaks, surfacing patterns, and remembering where you left off. Aggregated, de-identified data may help us improve the product. We do not sell individual reflections or use them for advertising.

Subscriptions and device identifiers

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and validate purchases. As part of that, RevenueCat's SDK automatically collects a device identifier (such as your device's advertising ID on Android) to detect fraudulent purchases and link your subscription to your account. This identifier is sent to RevenueCat as our service provider; we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Reflect and your entries

Reflect does not read saved journal text. It receives only the conversation you choose to send during the current chat plus limited activity signals such as completed activity type, mood score, and streak. To generate a reply, that current conversation is processed by our AI service provider, DeepSeek. Reflect chats are not retained by the app after you close them. AI-generated content is not medical advice and is not a diagnosis or treatment.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, so your streaks, history, and settings are there when you return. We do not automatically delete data just because an account has been inactive for a while.

When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems immediately. Copies that exist only in routine backups are purged manually within 90 days.

Your rights and choices

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time: open the app, go to Profile, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Or, without the app, sign in at everen.today/en/delete-account and confirm there. Either way, deletion from our active systems happens immediately.

If you'd rather not use either option, or want to request deletion of data tied to an account you can no longer access, email support@everen.today from the address on your account and we will confirm once your data has been deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, such as requesting a copy of your data or asking how it's used; email support@everen.today to exercise them.

Children and age limits

Everen is for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and accounts created by anyone under 18 are not permitted.

Crisis and emergency care

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a helpline right away. Everen is a wellness companion and cannot provide emergency or medical care.
