Who can use Everen

Everen is intended for adults aged 18 or older. The app is a wellness and self-reflection tool, not a clinical service.

By using Everen you agree to use it for personal growth and self-understanding. It is not designed to treat, diagnose, or manage medical or psychiatric conditions.

Not a substitute for professional care

Everen is not a substitute for professional therapy or a medical service; we are not therapists. Our aim is to help people improve their mental health, understand themselves better, and through our daily challenges, quizzes, and reflections offer a new perspective.

Subscriptions and billing

Everen may offer a limited free experience and, where eligible, a store-provided introductory offer followed by an auto-renewing subscription. The applicable price, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown in the app store purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Licence to use the app (EULA)

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Everen app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms. If you downloaded Everen from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where it conflicts with these terms on your use of the app, Apple's terms govern. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

If you downloaded Everen from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.

Your reflections and content

Your completed journal entries, quiz answers, and progress are stored securely so your daily loop and history are available when you return. Unfinished writing is not shown in your history.

We do not sell your personal reflections. Aggregated, anonymized patterns may inform product improvement, but your words stay private to your account.

Acceptable use

Please use Everen kindly and honestly, with yourself and others. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that breaks the law in your region.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
